VOLUNTEER POSITIONS
The resource Centre for Environment and Sustainable Development (RCESD) seeks motivated, well organised and reliable individuals willing to fill a volunteer position associated to the following research themes:
- Biodiversity Conservation and local development
- Politics and Biodiversity conservation
Responsibilities may include:
Working closely with the team leader to develop and execute field research and related assignments.
Capable of independently designing, executing and reporting field research project
Ready to engage in long field stay in remote areas
Organise, plan and run effective outreach programs
Building relationships in and out of the organisation
Participate in developing fundraising proposals
Qualifications:
Exclusively design for graduate students with at least a professional or Master’s degree in Developmental Studies, Natural Resource Management, Anthropology, Environmental Science, Political Science or any related field of study. Strong written and oral communication skills required; demonstrated ability to plan and manage projects and/or events; facility with social media (Facebook, Twitter, Linked In); proven ability to work collaboratively with multi-stakeholders; interest, knowledge and experience in the fields of conservation and/or environmental sustainability preferred.

Stipend Range: Negotiable base on qualifications
Volunteer status: Full-time, Term (minimum duration: 6 months)
